Firm Celebrates A Second Award

It was all smiles at Ascent Building Solutions after the firm won the 2007 Entrepreneurial Business of the Year Award.

The firm, with production facilities at Beerwah, competed against 39 other businesses for the Entrepreneurial category in the annual Sunshine Coast Business and Export awards.

Ascent based their entry on development work at their new division, Rainwater House, based at Beerwah, which resulted in their revolutionary steel “Rainpod” and “Poolpod” designs.

This year’s award follows Ascent’s success 12 months ago when it received the Excellence award for Construction, Building and Trade Services.

The Rainpod tank concept makes the maximum use of space on smaller house blocks and are available with single, double or triple in-line pods, plus a clever corner pod design which wraps around external or internal house corners.
